Service Provision
Supplieruoutstan provides garden lighting design, outdoor illumination installation, irrigation system design and installation, and seasonal garden infrastructure care services for private gardens across Great Britain.
Engagement
Services are provided on the basis of written agreements that specify the scope of work, timeline, and terms of engagement. Projects proceed following acceptance of proposals and agreement on terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the garden and project requirements
- Ensuring access to the site for assessment, planning, and installation
- Obtaining any necessary permissions or consents
- Providing information about existing services and infrastructure
Work Execution
We undertake to perform work to professional standards, in accordance with agreed specifications and timelines. Work is carried out with care to minimise disruption to the garden and its use.
Variations
If changes to the agreed scope of work are required, these will be discussed and agreed before proceeding. Variations may affect timelines and costs, which will be communicated clearly.
Completion
Upon completion of installation work, systems are tested and demonstrated. Documentation is provided, including layout drawings and operational instructions. The site is left in a condition suitable for normal use.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are issued according to agreed schedules, typically upon completion of defined project phases or upon project completion.
Limitations
Our services are provided for the design and installation of garden infrastructure systems. We do not provide guarantees regarding plant health, garden performance, or outcomes beyond the proper functioning of installed systems according to their specifications.
Disputes
Any concerns about work performed should be raised promptly to allow for discussion and resolution. We aim to address any issues constructively and in good faith.
Resolution Process
If a dispute arises, we encourage open communication to understand concerns and work towards a mutually acceptable solution. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and, where appropriate, adjustment or correction of work.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to a concern, you may submit a formal complaint in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of complaints promptly and investigate thoroughly, providing a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
Designs, plans, and documentation created as part of our services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a licence to use these materials for the purposes of the project, but they may not be reproduced or used for other purposes without our written consent.
Project Documentation
You will receive copies of project documentation for your records and use. This documentation is provided for the specific project and should not be used as a basis for work by other parties without our involvement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or damage to property beyond that directly caused by our negligence.
Insurance
We maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, natural disasters, or other events that prevent work from proceeding.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
