Planning and Design Services
If you wish to cancel planning or design services before work has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be discussed based on the stage of work completed and any costs already incurred.
Installation Services
Once installation work has begun, cancellation may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered or installed. If you need to cancel or postpone installation, please discuss this with us as early as possible so we can minimise any inconvenience and costs.
Modifications to Agreed Work
If you wish to modify the scope of agreed work, please discuss this with us before changes are made. Modifications may affect timelines and costs, which will be communicated clearly before proceeding.
Postponement
If you need to postpone scheduled work, please provide as much notice as possible. We will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, subject to availability.
Completed Work
Once installation work has been completed and accepted, the installed systems become part of your property. We do not provide returns or refunds for completed installation work, though we remain available to address any concerns about workmanship or system operation.
Materials and Components
Materials and components ordered specifically for your project cannot typically be returned once ordered, as they are selected to match your project specifications. If cancellation occurs before materials are ordered, no charges will apply for those items.

Notice Periods

Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of work completed and the circumstances of cancellation. If work has not commenced, a full refund may be available. If work has begun, refunds will reflect work completed and costs incurred.

If a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 14 days of the agreement. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible, or by alternative means as agreed.
Warranty and Guarantees
Completed installation work is covered by our standard warranty for workmanship and materials. This warranty covers defects in installation and component failure under normal use conditions. Warranty terms are provided with project documentation.
Warranty Claims
If you believe there is a defect covered by warranty, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue and, if the warranty applies, arrange for repair or replacement as appropriate.
Right to Cancel
